Subscriber Role filtering and export

A recent defect exposed that the subscriber role is not included in the export and there is no filtering option to limit the users shown based on this setting.
The role designation between Employee and Subscriber determines which subscribers receive messages when the minimum role of Employee is selected. Without the ability to audit (or change) the subscriber's role, this differentiation is not useful.
