Second Instance of a Beacon

Allow us to select a second instance of a Beacon, whereby One instance, like Office 365 with OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams, are set to "Count towards uptime". But then we could add a second Beacon of Office 365 with Exchange, Skype, and others but have them set to "Not count towards uptime".
