Notification Options on Import

In the import of a new Subscriber you do not have the options to chose what type of email notifications a person receives. An example of this is; Incident, Scheduled Maintenance, or Informational. For the import of a new subscriber it would be good to give that ability to choose those options as you can choose them if you click on the subscriber individually after they are an existing subscriber.
