Maintenance is about to start

I would like a possibility to advise my subcribers that the maintenance is about to start with a different email content.
In Brand Templates we do have an email template for maintenances.
But I would like a different one to be used on:
Send a notification 1 (hours) before start
So the Email Subject, as example, can be:
MAINTENANCE STARTING: Details of the maintenance operations.
Activity Newest / Oldest
