There is a Macro for Component Status, but not for the Incident Update Type. I need an email to the Customer to be able to show both as they both could change and should be different. For example. Update type of Investigating a Component Status of Degraded. That could change to an update type of Identified to a worsening Component Status of Unavailable. I need Customer to know what phase the investigation is even if they are unable to visit the website.
