1. The other day we had an incident that started with 2 services.
2. We communicated on both of them.
3. We resolved 1 of the services, so removed that from the incident.
Because we no longer needed to communicate to the user group of that service.
a. This service is no longer represented in the history view on the homepage.
b. This service is not represented in the timeline view.
c. This service seems to just vanish completely, even though it’s technically part of the whole history of the incidents resolution.

A
