Flag for widgets to be displayed when logged in

Widget settings should have a flag where designer can indicate whether it shows on logged in page or not.
Deficiency with current CSS approach (set nth child visibility to hidden):
• Maintenance burden: Designer always have to remember to bump up or down the CSS nth-child number when she adds or removes widgets.
• Not readable. Since the CSS is in a separate location (Edit Theme), it is difficult for new designer to discover while modifying widget settings that an associated CSS rule may have an impact
