Auto Close - option for mandatory requirement

We are looking for a way to have the Auto-Close to be set as a mandatory requirement - something only a Company Admin could set. Additionally, we would like to see the option that IF it is set as a mandatory requirement, the Company Admin would have the option to set when the Auto-Close would trigger. Example, once the maintenance duration is over, we would have 24 hours to close the maintenance before it would auto-close.
