statuscast.upvoty.com/b/feature-requests/allow-timezone-to-be-set-as-preference-in-subscriber-account has been rolled out to allow for the setting of the local timezone for users.
Users should be able to define their own timezone via profile or notifications settings in order to reduce the amount of overhead on system administrators/managers.
