Allow for Rescheduling Future Maintenance

We'd like to be able to change future schedule maintenance incidents in the event we need to reschedule, without having to resolve or delete and create a new event. These steps seem like they'd add confusion to an end-user receiving the notifications. Whereas a simple, "this has been rescheduled update..." might be better understood.
