At present uptime is displayed to two decimal places. In some cases it has been observed that short outages (less than 4:20 long) are not sufficient on their own to reduce component availability from 100% to 99.99% availability in the default 60 day period displayed in the service status widget. This creates a disparity between a day displaying a status of major outage but the availability displaying as 100%.
To mitigate this, we propose being able to configure a page to display component availability to a greater number of decimal places, in order to reduce the amount of outage time required to reduce component availability from 100%
