Add Status Indicators to all Incident posts in Service Status mouseover

At present an Incident has a single Incident status indicator graphic in Service Status mouseovers, indicating the current status of the Incident.
When combining incident use with directly updating component status via API, this creates a confusing mismatch in the mouseover for the component, as the component status entries provide a chronology of status changes, whereas the Incident entries only provide the current status.
To resolve this, we suggest adding a status indicator graphic for each post in an incident, rather than for the incident itself. This will clearly show the post where the component became unavailable, vs where the component became available again.
