Add Post Type Label to Incident mouseover entries

When viewing an Incident page the post type (i.e. Update, Resolved, Root Cause etc) is clearly labelled.
On the Incident widget however, all posts are displayed with only a date time stamp and the post content. This is replicated on the mouseover text for the component in the Service Status widget.
We'd like the post type labels added to the Incident and Service Status entries, so that users can clearly distinguish between different types of updages
