Create an Operator Role and a View Only Role.
The Operator Role permissions would be:
Create, update and resolve incidents
View Services
View subscribers
View and manage incoming beacon pings (we do not use it)
View reports
View Only Role (mainly for auditors who do NOT need create or edit abilities) permissions would be:
View incidents
View Services
View subscribers
View and manage incoming beacon pings (we do not use it)
View reports

Thank you for your feedback. We do have an Operator role, called Manager. You can change a user from Administrative user to a manager in the account settings. Please see: support.statuscast.com/docs/manager for more information.
The View Only role will be added in late Q4 of 2023, with a limitation of only viewing what a manager has access to. They will not be able to make any changes, or manage incoming beacons.

The main reason for the Operator role was to allow operators access to work Incidents only. For this reason, we were looking for a role that does NOT allow operators to make changes to Subscribers. We would appreciate if you could give this option further consideration. Thank you.
