Add "Google Chat" as third-party integration for posting alerts.

As said in title, in addition to Slack, it would be helpful to have an integration with Google's "Google Chat" service, similar to Slack. Organizations who leverage Google Workspace and utilize Google Chat and Chat Spaces will find a lot of value in that option to post to an Incident space, for example.
