Could Problem reports be accessible for particular groups and/or roles?
Example: Our page is a combination of end users and employees. I'd like to be able to receive problem reports from our employees but omit this function from the public viewers and our customers (end-users).
We have left it disabled because we can't risk a disruption to our support team practices that are engineered for end-users.
