Title slider is nearly invisible

On StatusCast Version 4, our testers were complaining when they were trying to create an incident, they could only see 5 of their templates. We found the slider. There is exist an extremely, very thin gray slider.
After magnifying the page 150%, we were able to locate it. If you are working a laptop (like most people are), the slider is non-existent. Can we get that slider enlarged or changed to a different color hence making it viewable?
