When adding RCA, present the editor dialog with section headings already present for Root Cause, Impact, Short-Term Resolution and Long-Term Resolution. Presumably those section headings would be configurable.
When the RCA appears on the status page, because it’s significantly longer than most of the status updates, rather than being displayed like any other update you it would be collapsed and you’d click to open it or you would click a button to display it.

RCA templates have been added. Full customization of the RCA settings are up to the individual.
We are adding .pdf attachment capabilities in late 2023. This should allow for a concise page display.
