We create the same beacons and beacon rulesets across many Status Pages within our company.

The beacons are manually created, and we import a JSON config. However, we have to make a few manual changes, such as setting external IDs and setting whether to allow duplicates. Our standards dictate that all beacons must be the same, and this manual approach can lead to a few mistakes.

It would be great if all of this could be done via API calls. At a minimum, an API to create the beacon, upload a config file, update external IDs, etc., so we remove all manual steps.
