Allowing templates to be restricted by the Role assigned to a user could help reduce the number of occurrences where the wrong template is used when sending out a StatusCast.
Example:
Template A and B can be accessed by both Administrators and Managers.
Template C can only be accessed by Administrators.

I'm sorry to say that currently this option falls outside the functions that distinguish managers from admin users. We are, however, considering separating Incident Management Team content in the future.
