Allow for multiple instances of same type integration where possible

As our organization is very large and utilizes multiple Slack channels and leverages many Google Calendars between users, and potentially multiple webhook integrations (not subscriptions), it would be nice to be able to link to multiple of these types of integrations. At this point, it seems only one of each integration can be set up.
